Pay Water Bills: If you have a current water bill, enter the INVOICE number to pay your bill.
Login with consumer ID and PIN if you wish to view personal account information or you do not have an invoice number.
To avoid the 1.5% late fee, all WEB payments must be made before 3:00 p.m. on the due date.
If your service has been disconnected you will be charged a $60 non-payment fee plus a $45 reconnection fee. These must be paid before a reconnect will be generated. Please add these amounts to your payment. Once payment of outstanding balance and these fees is made, a reconnection can be generated the next business day. Please call the water department at (843) 838-2400 during regular office hours to ensure that your service is reconnected.
